South of Downtown Orlando Marketplace

South of Downtown Orlando (SODO) is a marketplace in development under North American Properties (NAP). This site's main purpose is to pitch the concepts of the SODO development to major retailers and have them sign to be a part of it's creation. NAP needed the new SODO site to resemble that of another one of their developments. Flash, XHTML, CMS, PHP, & Javascript were all used in the creation of sodo-orlando.com. This project is a part of my work with Ideal Design Firm, LLC.

David Byck Realty Realty

David Byck Realty was in need of an updated site that took advantage of the widespread use of the internet. I designed a new site from the ground up alongside a listing management system for their team to easily manage each property they had. The site is also equipped with a custom content management system that gives them the ability to update the content from the comfort of their own office. This project is a part of my work with Ideal Design Firm, LLC.

Tybee Dreamin' Realty

Tybee Dreamin' opened this past Summer and they wanted to hit the market ready from every direction. They rented out properties on Tybee Island and needed a way to showcase each property along with display and update the availability. I designed a site for them based on a Flash template the owner liked. TybeeDreamin.com did not have a custom content management system but I did supply the training for proper upkeep of the content. This project is a part of my work with Ideal Design Firm, LLC.

Paul Reeves Music Musician

Paul Reeves is a musician who was based in Savannah, GA but has since relocated to Atlanta, GA. He has been writing and performing his own music, along with covers, for a number of years now. I first designed a site for Paul in 2004 but a redesign came with his second album release in 2005. This design was centered around the CD artwork done by Greg Sykes. The current version of his site is based off of his 3rd album "Invitation". The site is centered, again, around Sykes' CD artwork. Paul's site was created using HTML, CSS, PHP, and MySQL.

Global Crew Services Corporate

Global Crew Services (GCS) is an international private security firm. They wanted their site to have a strong confident look along with Flash animation. GCS updates the content of their site frequently and they depend on me for each of these updates. The site has been built with future expansion in mind. Many clients of GCS are not located in the States so attention to loading time was a must. This project is a part of my work with Ideal Design Firm, LLC.

Foresight Logistics, Inc. Corporate

Foresight Logistics came to me by referral of Global Crew Services. They wanted to have a similar presentation of flash like GCS but a step in a more business-like direction. I equipped them with a sleek flash design that did just what they needed. Along with the new design I created an online registration form where people could sign up for seminars. The form was connected to an internet portal and could receive payments for the seminar. Since launching Foresight's site it has become inactive. This project is a part of my work with Ideal Design Firm, LLC.

She opened her studio in October of 2005 and a year later decided it was important to achieve a strong web presence. Rochelle needed a number of web features that many photographers rely on. 318Augusta.org Ministry

318Augusta.Org was the online center for a ministry called Un-Veiled. This was a college and singles ministry of Warren Baptist based out of Augusta, GA. The site was targeted towards the college age group so they wanted it to grab attention and have Flash animation. At the beginning of year two of the ministry the leadership chose to take a different approach to the website. The new approach was going to be a more stripped down static version of the Flash site. Unfortunately Unveiled no longer meets so the site stopped at the new splash page. For the project Flash, HTML, CSS, PHP, and MySQL were all used.

Validation

"Just as texts in a natural language can include spelling or grammar errors, documents using Markup languages may (for various reasons) not be following these rules. The process of verifying whether a document actually follows the rules for the language(s) it uses is called validation..." ("Help for The W3C Markup Validation Service", W3C.org)
